Rosaluna Mezcal Joven is a handcrafted mezcal made with only three ingredients: 8-year-old agave, water, and love. It is distilled in the rolling hills of Santiago, Matatlnthe heartland of mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico.

The agave is roasted in an underground oven for 72 hours, then crushed by hand and fermented with wild yeast. The resulting liquid is distilled twice in copper pot stills.

Rosaluna Mezcal Joven has a bright, brilliant flavor with complex and layered notes of citrus and tropical fruits. It has a silky smooth finish with just a hint of agave smoke.
