Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky is a new spirit made in the Texas tradition and the first corn whisky to hit the state since Prohibition. This sophisticated barrel-aged corn whiskey is crafted with roasted blue corn that adds a sweet, fragrant flavor to each glass.

Baby Blue captures the essence of blue corn with a round nuttiness and roasted overtones. Intentionally youthful, this whiskey is smooth and soft on the palate, with an intentional viscous mouthfeel. Truly a Texas original that we are delighted to share with you!
