The Andrew Murray Vineyards ‘Enchant’ is the estates signature white blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. The wine takes its name ‘Enchant’ from the expression used by the French when they greet each other and kiss cheeks. These two grape varieties are truly yin and yang. Roussanne is rich and unctuous, while Grenache Blanc is bright and racy. The two complement each other perfectly! The wine was fermented and aged in older French Oak barrels and one singular specially sourced new French Oak barrel, which lends a beautifully smooth texture to this dry white wine.
