Description

The Campolargo Bical de Sempre is a Portuguese white wine made from the indigenous Bical grape variety, which thrives in the the Bairrada wine region of Portugal. Fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts, a small part in chestnut wood and part in stainless steel tanks and then a period of 6 months of maturation on the fine lees. On the nose there are aromas of apricot and ripe lemon. The palate is creamy with a lemon zest citrus acidity and light saline finish.
